The VIP Services Agent, under the direction of the Director of Player Development, is responsible for promoting VIP level play and retention by developing customer loyalty, increasing visitation, and bringing new business to Kewadin Casinos through telemarketing, letter writing, and promoting casino events, identify new players and promoting the benefits of Kewadin Casinos Players Club. The position is responsible for providing attentive, cheerful, courteous, and professional customer service to all customers, internal and external, striving to always exceed their expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (includes, but is not limited to, the following)
• Calling players to inform of offers, events, and provide players with general information as needed.
• Make reservations for events.
• Inputs and updates player information into player tracking computer database.
• Promotes and sells all aspects of the properties, including VIP events.
• Makes and confirms reservations.
• Assists with greeting and registering guests at VIP events.
• Evaluates and reviews VIP list and all player information.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (includes, but is not limited to, the following)
• Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Keeps up-to-date and provides customers with information on casino promotions and entertainment information.
• All other job-related duties as assigned.

Immediate peers, peers in other departments, immediate supervisor/manager, managers in other departments and customers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position sedentary primarily sitting and lifting a maximum of 10 pounds. Physical factors include constant typing; frequent standing, sitting and occasional walking. Working conditions include frequent exposure to air quality and noise. Potential hazards include frequent computer use.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: No experience required.
Certification/License: Must undergo a Criminal background investigation done under the rules of the National Indian Gaming Commission. 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have working knowledge and be able to use office machines, such as calculator, copier, fax, computer with ease. Must be able to use Microsoft Office suite. Must have communication skills and be able to communicate clearly in person, in writing, by telephone, and by email. Must be able to multi-task and work in an organized manner. Must have customer service skills and be able to handle difficult situations in a productive and professional manner. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must maintain privacy and confidentiality. Native American preferred.
